8 January 2020 – COLLECTION Business Centre is opening another luxury business centre in Hamburg city centre on 10 January 2020. On the 4th floor of the well-known Bornholdhaus, right in the heart of the prestigious Neuer Wall boulevard, customers can now hire flexible co-working spaces, serviced offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms.
The company is thus expanding its space in the Hanseatic city by a further 1,150 m², even though the vacancy rate has continued to fall in this very location. The flexible office solutions in this extremely popular city-centre location are already a resounding success even before the opening: Over 40 per cent of the 34 office spaces in total were let before renovation work began. This is a new record for the young company. However, the spaces are also set to set new standards in other product categories. For example, the hybrid meeting room with a movable partition not only provides two separate rooms at the same time, but also offers more space for a larger number of people. Greater emphasis has also been placed on co-working, resulting in the opening of what is currently the largest co-working space within the COLLECTION Business Centres.
