It’s now official: Dr André Helf, CEO of the COLLECTION Business Centre Group, has set 1 January 2020 as the opening date for the new COLLECTION Business Centre in Hamburg. The address is Neuer Wall 80, a prime central location in the Hanseatic city.
“We are delighted to be able to offer our clients this exceptionally good location,” explains Dr Helf, “The Jungfernstieg, the Binnenalster, the Town Hall and numerous first-class Hamburg restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk; transport links are also excellent thanks to various S-Bahn and U-Bahn lines in the immediate vicinity, and Hamburg Central Station, with long-distance connections to all German cities, is less than two kilometres away. A wide range of shopping options are practically just round the corner. Our new business centre will be situated in the heart of northern Germany’s vibrant economic metropolis.”
This means that COLLECTION will soon be operating a second business centre in Hamburg, alongside the Hamburg City Business Centre, which also enjoys a prime location at Hohe Bleichen 8. “We are, of course, delighted that our clients at our Hamburg City Business Centre are very satisfied with us and that this has enabled us to build up an excellent reputation in Hamburg,” explains Dr Helf, “but unfortunately, we have no scope for expansion at our Hamburg City Business Centre and are therefore reliant on a second location to meet the growing demand.”
Naturally, the new business centre on Neuer Wall will meet all the requirements of COLLECTION Business Centres. Dr Helf sets out the criteria: “There, too, we will once again rely on our tried-and-tested quality standards – these include luxurious fittings, trained staff, absolute discretion, proven technology, elegant design and a wide range of spaces to cater for our clients’ diverse needs – as always, you’ll only pay rent for as long as you need the space. Naturally, we’ll also be offering the Virtual Office again.”
There will also be co-working spaces and meeting rooms at Neuer Wall. Dr Helf emphasises the location’s particular economic significance: “Anyone familiar with Hamburg will appreciate the special charm of this location, situated directly between the Alsterfleet and the Bleichenfleet. When the weather is fine, the Port of Hamburg – the famous gateway to the world – is just a short walk away along the canals. A wide range of companies from a variety of sectors, including publishers, retail businesses, new ventures and start-ups, traditional logistics firms, advertising agencies, shipping companies and numerous import and export firms, are based here.
