The opening of a business centre in the legendary Dreischeibenhaus in 2017 was already a resounding success for COLLECTION Business Centre – customers were queuing up immediately after it opened in the building, which is regarded as a symbol of the economic miracle.
To meet the high demand for office and meeting spaces with flexible lease terms in terms of both time and location in the North Rhine-Westphalian metropolis of Düsseldorf, Collection has now opened a further business centre in the ‘Three George’ skyscraper on Kaiserswerther Straße.

COLLECTION is currently offering special opening rates at ‘Three George’. As in all other Collection Business Centres, all offices on Kaiserswerther Straße can be rented with complete flexibility in terms of time and space, and virtual offices with a full range of services – such as telephone answering and a postal address – can also be rented at the new location. Should you require them, special services such as translation or catering can of course be booked as well.
‘Three George’ is situated in the Golzheim district of Düsseldorf – just a few steps from the front door to the Rhine, where you can enjoy a break from work on its plane-tree-lined promenade. The business centre is within sight of Düsseldorf Airport and in the immediate vicinity of the Theodor-Heuss Bridge over the Rhine, as well as the Northern Access Road, which offers fast motorway links to neighbouring cities such as Krefeld and Cologne, to the Netherlands, and to the Ruhr region. The tram, which stops right outside the building, takes just a few minutes to reach the main railway station.
All offices offer magnificent panoramic views of the Rhine and the Düsseldorf skyline to the south, or of the airport, the exhibition centre and the arena to the north.
