COLLECTION Business Centre opened its second location in Hamburg as recently as 10 January 2020, and now the Düsseldorf-based company has announced its next expansion: the popular premises in the Dreischeibenhaus are set to be expanded later this year.
This continues the successful partnership with the Dreischeibenhaus and takes it to a new level – in this case, to a new floor. The eastern section of the 13th floor will be handed over as early as 1 September 2020. In addition, the section in the western part of the floor will be added on 1 February 2021. The company will expand its premises in Düsseldorf’s Dreischeibenhaus to a total of 1,586 m², more than doubling its current space. The short walking distances and proximity of facilities will create new synergies for greater efficiency.
At this location alone, COLLECTION Business Centre will be able to offer 45 offices. This comes at just the right time for the marketing and sales team, as occupancy at the Dreischeibenhaus has been above 90 per cent for months and the current space will once again be fully occupied from next summer onwards. The new co-working space will also help in this regard. The new floor is set to adopt the new co-working concept already in use in Vienna, Stuttgart and Hamburg. Naturally, it is not just physical spaces that will be on offer; as usual, the virtual offices and office services will also be expanded. Among other things, customers will benefit from state-of-the-art telephone systems. Even more meeting rooms will be available to all these customers at the Dreischeibenhaus, including a total of two large conference rooms.
Dr Andre Helf, Group CEO of COLLECTION Business Centre, is also delighted: “This expansion comes at just the right time. In Düsseldorf, we were barely able to meet the demand for our premium spaces. This city is ideally suited to our office solutions.” However, the company also wishes to emphasise the importance of shared offices in Düsseldorf. “We are always looking for new ways to ensure greater convenience for our customers,” the industry expert continues, “and, in my opinion, co-working has been significantly neglected in this city. That’s set to change now! Modern co-working with city views from a listed building – hardly any other provider can offer prospective clients this level of luxury.”
At the same time, the company operates another location on Kaiserswerther Straße in Düsseldorf. This business centre offers an alternative to the Dreischeibenhaus and is extremely well connected. Public transport, the motorway link and the airport are all in the immediate vicinity. Customers who value mobility highly are in excellent hands here.
