METROPOLITAN LUXURY at the Business Centre
Anyone entering the Unique Business Centre on the fifth floor of the Tuchlaubenhof will realise as soon as they reach reception that this is no ordinary office concept. Instead of white walls, warm shades of brown and beige predominate; instead of waiting rooms, visitors find inviting lounges. Lifestyle has found its way into everyday office life.
Dutch interior designer Eric Kuster was brought on board for this project, and it marks a first for him too. The interior designer, who coined the term ‘Metropolitan Luxury’, has ventured into office design for the first time. “We wanted our Business Centre to be fitted out exclusively by a designer, using high-quality materials, carefully selected pieces and furniture designed and crafted specifically for us,” explains General Manager Sascha Siegert, “we wanted to move away from the traditional office feel and towards something more homely.”
A combination of flexibility, location and building
The Unique Business Centre opened on 1 March and has already started with 30 per cent occupancy. Fully equipped offices ranging from 13 to 30 square metres can be rented by the hour, by the day or on a long-term basis. An administrative team handles minor office tasks and runs the virtual office, for which dedicated telephone numbers can also be provided on request. Two meeting rooms, complete with catering, are available for meetings. “Our Business Centre is of interest to all sectors, business types and requirements. The offering,” says Siegert, “is aimed at anyone seeking flexibility and modern service, combined with high aesthetic standards.”
