Flexibility – that’s the key word behind a new service COLLECTION Business Centre is offering its customers: from now on, customers can use their booked meeting room allocations at any of the six locations – subject, of course, to prior booking. Another new feature: co-working customers can now work at any of the COLLECTION Business Centre locations from one day to the next, without any additional charges. Here, too, all that’s required is a quick arrangement.
Flexible locations boost business opportunities
Dr André Helf, CEO of the COLLECTION Business Center Group, aims to offer his customers the greatest possible flexibility: “We know from many discussions with our tenants that they frequently have to work in other cities – this applies to customers from a wide variety of sectors. For example, fashion designers present their designs to buyers in different markets, start-up IT experts provide services in various regions, and lawyers prepare for cases across a wide range of areas. To do this, many need presentable premises at short notice – and if they are already tenants with us, it is logistically easiest for everyone involved if they can use their allocated space at all locations.”
Pay once – use multiple locations
Naturally, all the usual services provided by COLLECTION Business Centres are also available at ‘external locations’ used on a short-term basis: These include telephone and post handling services, the operation of the virtual office and the use of the business address – as all COLLECTION Business Centres in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Vienna and Hamburg are situated in prime locations, a professional image is always maintained.
COLLECTION staff are already on site
“No matter the location, our clients do not need to worry about setting up from scratch when relocating in the short or medium term – instead, they can focus entirely on their core business right from the start. The COLLECTION brand stands for a luxurious ambience, efficiency, discretion and high standards. Even at locations they are unfamiliar with, our tenants naturally have access to our full range of services, and our staff are happy to help with their local knowledge should any questions or problems arise,” explains Dr Helf, “Many of our clients are business owners, the self-employed or freelancers – with correspondingly tight schedules. These people don’t have time to deal with complicated matters at different locations.
