The management team at COLLECTION Business Centre is very pleased with how 2018 has gone so far – the two new openings at the Stuttgart City Königstraße and Düsseldorf City Kaiserswerther Straße locations are proving extremely popular with customers.
Demand is so strong that both business centres are currently almost fully booked – despite the fact that occupancy rates in the summer months are typically lower than the long-term average. Alongside the Düsseldorf City Dreischeibenhaus site, the second COLLECTION Business Centre in Düsseldorf has thus firmly established itself on the market – the space available on Kaiserswerther Straße was almost fully let just a few weeks after opening. The same applies to the approximately 1,300 square metres in Stuttgart. COLLECTION Business Centre has even repurposed some spaces to meet the high level of customer demand: even day offices have been let as team and group offices in both Stuttgart and Düsseldorf.
As a result, COLLECTION Business Centre already has six locations in operation just one and a half years after its market launch. Two further locations in Cologne and Hamburg have already been secured under contract – they are set to open in 2020. With its business philosophy, the company has clearly created an offering that meets its customers’ needs to a high degree: In addition to the prime locations in major business centres, tenants also appreciate the five-star facilities, as well as the absolute discretion, state-of-the-art, efficient technology and professional support provided by the centre’s staff. The range of services is wide-ranging and, in addition to individual or group offices that can be hired on a flexible basis, also includes co-working spaces, virtual offices, conference and meeting rooms, as well as inviting lounges and coffee bars.
The company’s management is therefore continuing to focus on expansion: further business centres are set to open at each of the existing locations – Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt and Vienna – over the coming years. To further accelerate growth, the company is also actively seeking properties in Berlin, Munich, Zurich and Luxembourg, as demand in these cities is exceptionally high.
Dr André Helf, CEO, summarises the market situation: “We simply cannot expand fast enough to keep up with the demand for new locations. Our customers naturally appreciate the fact that they can rent commercial space without long-term contractual commitments and adapt it to their operational needs and financial circumstances as required. The broad range of our tenants across a wide variety of sectors demonstrates that the high demand is coming from almost all areas of the business community.”
